Our Story

The founder, Edmond Elias, combined his passions of engineering and entertainment to create Hizzy. With Twenty-five years of experience, Edmond designed and built this elaborate, upper-scale restaurant and bar. He incorporated the Lebanese culture throughout the decor with exotic Mediterranean chandeliers and ceiling tiles, paintings, open-ceiling concept with great acoustic for comfort. Our bar is spacious with two beautiful mirrored LED lite cabinets loaded with every drink you desire. If you are a dance lover, our dance floor is spacious and accompanied with beautiful DJ lights and 5000 watts of the best sound system. We offer a hookah-smoking lounge with luxury leather sofas and top of the line filtration system to allow for a non-smoky atmosphere.

Edmond grew up on the countryside of Lebanon, where fresh vegetables and herbs are picked daily to enhance the flavors of dishes. He incorporates these authentic Lebanese recipes with fresh ingredients at Hizzy, and prides himself on only providing the highest quality of food. At Hizzy, our food is a homemade, gourmet Lebanese cuisine made from scratch.
